Returns & Cancellations

We can only accept returns on products that are not personalised, and will be happy to give a full refund if your un-personalised product is not to your satisfaction. Before processing your order please check you are happy with the details and have correctly spelt all personalised information.  Personalised items can only be returned if they are faulty or an error has occurred on our behalf.  In the unlikely event of this happening please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order to discuss any issues. 

Items should be returned to the company address in their original packaging and we recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods that fail to reach us.  We are not responsible for return postage unless your order is faulty or not as described.  Only upon receipt of such an item can the refund (include reimbursing postage costs) be given. You will be given 14 days to return the product.

Due to the nature of the personalised items, we regret that once you receive an email from us to confirm we have received your order, and are therefore about to make it, we cannot cancel your order. 

Please note as each product is uniquely handmade they may vary slightly from the image shown.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
