Mindfulness is a tricky subject. A word that is banded around often but not always understood and certainly not always easy to know how to start using, particularly, with children.
We are really happy to have put together this online booklet featuring lots of mindfulness tips and ideas to get started with children. It's been done in a truly collaborative way with brilliant suggestions from our lovely Scamp friends added in to each page!
You will find fun activities to do with your kids that are based around mindfulness, self esteem and well-being alongside great books suggestions, strategies that are helpful to children, websites to look up and useful apps.
