This Friday's Mindful Moment comes from Nat at Calmerrama and is part of her Schools Workshop - another breathing exercise that can be done with your kids when you have a short window of time :)  This kind of exercise is perfect to do alongside the Scamp x Calmerrama Kindful Cards.

 

 

Mindfulness exercises for kids

Elephant Breathing

Stand with your feet wide apart and your arms dangling in front of your body like an elephant's trunk. As you breathe in deeply through your nose, raise your arms up above your head.  Then slowly swing your arms down again as you breathe out through your mouth.
