Easter holidays now seem like a dim and distant memory. I'm only now realising how much we managed to squeeze into the time we had! Visitors or visiting took up the entire two and a half weeks - it meant the kids saw all bar one of their cousins and we also had a cheeky few days away spending time with friends in the Hague, Holland. I love being with the kids in the holidays. This is one of the reasons that I love doing this job - it gives me the flexibility to be able to spend time with them doing lots of fun things even if I do need to work in the evening to catch up instead.
I thought a few photos would be the best way to try to encapsulate the holiday ... lots of family time, lots of being outside time, being six years old and sharing a party in the park with your five year old cousin, dressing up races, visiting the amazing British Museum, seeing the tulips, clogs, bikes and windmills of Holland and Easter bunny larks in Manchester ... phew ... and then back to school and work.
Work somewhat took a back seat for me whilst the holidays were on but now I'm back to it with lots of plans being made for Pulse, our next trade show in May. On that note ... stand designing plans needed to be done this morning ... better be off!
