School Fair time again ... gingerbread lolly making

[caption id="attachment_695" align="aligncenter" width="500" caption="Mixy mixing the flour & baking powder"]A pretty fail safe bake for any school fundraising I have been involved with over the last couple of years is a simple (but highly appealing to children!) recipe from Tana Ramsay's family cookbook.  The genius thing for this recipe is not what it's made of but the addition of a lollipop stick to the biscuit making it an irresistible buy for the kids!  Here's a quick picture summary of how to make them![/caption]
